Very nice location and friendly staffs I am not satisfied about cleaning system especially rooms and changing towels and sheets Special thanks for waiter Mohammed kamal in the restaurant he was very expertise man and friendly Room service should be better No taps in the toilet’s Suitable prices at general Security very active and friendly

The best lounge in town I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the outstanding staff of the club lounge of Sofitel El Gezira at the 16th floor. Wide smiles, experience, cleanliness, outstanding service and positive attitude.
